Gaziantep University Oğuzeli Vocational School was established in the Oğuzeli district of Gaziantep Province on December 24, 2002, by a decision of the Higher Education Council. The Vocational School currently offers education and training in 10 programs across 5 departments within its first-cycle (daytime) program.

Established under Gaziantep University by a decision of the Higher Education Executive Board dated December 24, 2002, our Vocational School had opened the Departments of Computer Technologies, Accounting and Taxation, and Management and Organization by 2009. The Property Protection and Security Department was established in 2009, and the Transportation Services Department was established in 2010.

The Computer Technology Department offered a Computer Programming program; the Accounting and Taxation Department offered Accounting and Taxation Applications; the Management and Organization Department offered Business Administration; and the Property Protection and Security Department offered a Private Security and Protection program.

As a result of efforts in 2010, the Logistics Program was launched within the Department of Management and Organization, and the Civil Defense and Firefighting Program was launched within the Department of Property Protection and Security. Civil Aviation Management Programs were launched in the Department of Transportation Services, but no students have been admitted yet.

In 2011, the Postal Services Program was launched within the Department of Transportation Services, but no students have been admitted yet. In 2011, the Justice Program was launched within the Department of Law, and in 2012, the Occupational Health and Safety Program was launched within the Department of Property Protection and Security.

In 2017, the Social Security Program within the Property Protection and Security Department began educational activities by admitting students. On April 12, 2018, the Criminal Enforcement and Security Services Program within the Law Department began educational activities by admitting students.

In March 2018, pursuant to a decision by the Higher Education Council, the Business Administration (Evening), Accounting and Taxation (Evening), and Computer Programming (Evening) programs were discontinued, and the Private Security and Protection (Evening) program was closed in November 2018, reducing the total number of programs to 14.

Furthermore, pursuant to a decision by the Higher Education Executive Board in January 2019, the Justice (Evening), Logistics (Evening), Civil Defense and Firefighting (Evening), and Occupational Health and Safety (Evening) programs were closed, leaving no active evening programs.

As of the end of 2020, 1,460 students are continuing their education at our Vocational School.
