The objective of the Business Administration program is to train mid-level professionals who will meet the need for qualified human resources equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the needs of businesses and the global community. Additionally, the program aims to produce qualified entrepreneurs and professionals for various sectors who understand how resources are planned, organized, managed, and controlled—in short, how all managerial functions are carried out. Candidates enrolled in our program will be trained to assume management-level roles in businesses and will graduate as “Business Administration Professionals.”

To be a leading business program that meets the requirements of a globalizing business world and contemporary management approaches; possesses an innovative and entrepreneurial vision; combines theoretical knowledge with practical application skills; and is preferred at both the national and international levels, adhering to modern educational standards.
To prepare professionals capable of assuming roles in core business functions such as management, marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources; possess well-developed analytical thinking skills, adhere to ethical values, effectively utilize information technology, and possess decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Candidates will be trained to assume management-level roles in businesses and will graduate as “Business Management Professionals.”
Applicants must have graduated from high school or an equivalent institution and meet the requirements set by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).
