Students who graduate from the program receive the title of “Social Security Professional.” Because it is a new program and the importance of social security is growing worldwide, graduates easily find employment opportunities in both the private and public sectors without facing any difficulties. The global nature of the social security sector offers career opportunities in Turkey, Europe, and elsewhere. Graduates can work in a wide range of fields, such as Occupational Health and Safety, Marketing, and Management, depending on their personal interests and preferences. In addition to the public sector, graduates can find employment opportunities in the social security departments of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), large-scale companies, and multinational firms. Graduates of the Social Security Program can primarily work within the Social Security Institution (SGK) and the Employment Agency (İŞ-KUR). Additionally, they have the opportunity to work as professional staff, assistant specialists, researchers, assistant auditors, and assistant managers in departments such as human resources, personnel, accounting, public relations, insurance, and social services. By taking the DGS exams, they can transfer to bachelor’s degree programs in labor economics and industrial relations, economics, business administration, finance, insurance, insurance and social security, and social services.
