This program offers a two-year associate degree with a curriculum focused on both theory and practical training. Graduates can work as search and rescue technicians in municipal fire departments and emergency management offices, as search and rescue technicians in civil defense search and rescue units, fire safety officers in hotels and public institutions, fire technicians at airports and ports, technical staff at companies involved in the sale of firefighting and fire safety equipment and the production of related materials, and fire safety officers at organized industrial zones and industrial facilities. Graduates of the program can take the Vertical Transfer Exam to transfer to bachelor’s degree programs in emergency aid and disaster management, labor economics and industrial relations, public relations and advertising, public relations and promotion, economics, business administration, public administration, finance, political science and public administration, social work, international relations, and tourism management.
